I don't give a 5 star rating easily, but Sergio at Polar Bear's Arctic Air & Heating would get a SIX STAR rating from me if one existed! I was fortunate to get not only same day service, but a true expert in his craft. Sergio quickly assessed the situation, made repairs where needed, cleaned the system, and then returned the next day to reassemble the AC unit and recharge the coolant. Sergio's professionalism and personable nature make him a joy to work with and one who earns a customer's trust and confidence. In support of his efforts to give back to the Tulare community and people in need, I will be having him back on an annual basis to keep my AC units tuned and in great working condition - services that I am certain will pay for themselves! We needed an AC service not knowing anything about the AC unit. Once calling Sergio , he was a quick response. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the process thoroughly.
