Outside painting, inside painting and flooring. Isaac and the guys were the best my husbands & I have ever seen. At the end of each day, these guys left our house so clean, no tools left around, no trash, no scraps of whatever they were doing. The professionalism was outstanding & always punctual. They explained everything step by step. If you anything done to your home, ask for Isaac. TOTALLY RECOMMEND

This review is on the estimate: I am currently looking into doing a roof replacement. I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac from Smart Roofing. He inspected my roof and provided me with an affordable and decent price. He gave the estimated price right on the spot; it was all written down. He broke everything down and how many days it would take for the job to be done. The materials they would be using would be top-notch. I like how they have a 10-year labor warranty and the material a lifetime by the manufacture. Best of all, I did like how they would not charge me extra on the wood. This part is tremendous, primarily due to the current supply shortage and fluctuating price of lumber. I had confided with Isaac that my biggest fear would be that the price would change while my roof was being worked on due to these lumber shortages. Isaac guaranteed me that would not happen. This guarantee put me at ease. I look forward to working with Smart Roofing soon.

We put off doing our roof for longer than we should have, partly because I am cynical about contractors. I was immediately impressed when Isaac came out to give me a bid--he was straight forward from the start. We went up on the roof and explained what he saw. He wrote up a simple bid with no attempts to upsell and promised there would be no add-ons (there weren't). That was unlike other bids, where they had tiers of products and pressured me to take the most expensive one (as if you should feel bad or expect trouble if you can't afford the high-end bid!). Everything went exactly as promised. We were delayed due to rain but I appreciated that, I didn't want the workers out in that stuff and didn't want to risk more problems. Isaac was in constant communication throughout the job. His crew was friendly and professional. They finished ahead of schedule, just in time for more than a week of rain.
