I just bought an older home and needed a new roof. I had called a few roofing companies and got estimates, there were prices quite high was told we e-mail your estimate. Then I call smart Roofing and Isaac Dadon came out gave me an estimate in writing everything itemized and was a fair price. He explained the whole process about the new roof and answered all questions. The day came for the tear off and I was expecting that when come home a debris field. Surprise roof gone yard clean. At the end of every workday the area is clean. They exceed my expectation 1000 percent. They treat you as family not a customer, as if the roof going on their own house. This review is on the estimate: I am currently looking into doing a roof replacement. I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac from Smart Roofing. He inspected my roof and provided me with an affordable and decent price. He gave the estimated price right on the spot; it was all written down. He broke everything down and how many days it would take for the job to be done. The materials they would be using would be top-notch. I like how they have a 10-year labor warranty and the material a lifetime by the manufacture. Best of all, I did like how they would not charge me extra on the wood. This part is tremendous, primarily due to the current supply shortage and fluctuating price of lumber. I had confided with Isaac that my biggest fear would be that the price would change while my roof was being worked on due to these lumber shortages. Isaac guaranteed me that would not happen. This guarantee put me at ease. I look forward to working with Smart Roofing soon.
