Terrible responsiveness, took day off for appointment and they wait to midday to call to say they dont have parts. 2nd lost day of pay, one for diagnostic and one for their no show and the AC still not fixed

Had an appointment for Wednesday for leaky unit that needed to be tested and fixed, then filled up. Tech shows up late and without the leak tester, and reschedules for Friday. Today is Friday, and now the tech is out of freon, and should "hopefully" have some on Monday Leaving my wife and out toddlers to sit in an uncooled house in 100° heat. Update: it's been 3 weeks and we are STILL waiting. Wednesday their techs got "stuck on a job" Friday their truck broke down Tuesday they come back and don't have the right part Wednesday I'm told they ordered rhe part Thursday I'm told they ordered the part. These people are LIARS CHARLATANS AND THIEVES. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

This company is the worst ac company. They have a contract with American Home Shield in which they were sent out. Said that we had a drip pan that needed to be replaced and that American would not cover the cost. So we waited after a few weeks with no shows we were upset and called them back asking why have they not come by stated they went to the wrong house and now there is a coil that needed to be fixed and not covered by American. I called American and they stated that they would cover the coil now they are stating that we need a drain line a electrical line thermal expansion valve cost out of pocket 1125.00 with no mention of a drip pan. Stay away from this company they are a rip off I don’t want this company back at my house. The only reason we used this business was because they are contracted with American Home Sheild.
