CABS Heating & Air Conditioning

CABS Heating & AC was very responsive to my urgent request. My AC went out in hot temperatures and Lead Technician Ronnie Correia provided same day service and had my AC up and running in no time. He was great and I called him a life saver. Fantastic service from this company.

I can't express how much I appreciate working with CABS! Every staff member I've worked with over the years is incredibly helpful, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I'm on the $18/month plan so I receive two tune-ups per year, and priority (including weekend) service. About a week ago, I had some recurring AC issues and CABS did everything in their power to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, the compressor is about to go out, and I have a Freon leak that's already been repaired once. Realizing that I'm about to go into summer without AC and in absolutely no financial position to purchase a new whole house system, I was incredibly stressed out and feeling pretty depressed if I'm honest. Ronnie, my technician, was such a shining light in a pretty dark week trying to figure out how I'm going to get through the summer. I've called CABS at least 3 times since moving in last year. Every-time their customer service was always prompt and professional. Ben was on-time and very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I had a dead thermostat and needed a replacement. Ben was able to install without any problems and fairly quick. The service was excellent I even became a member so that the next time I need to have my other thermostat replaced I would be in good hands.
