I stumbled upon Flow Rite Plumbing because the previous owner of my home had them do an estimate for a sewer fix needed at the house. I had them do the work and they were on-time, professional, and and got the large fix done for a fair price. I've had them out to the house another two times to clear drain clogs and same as the first time, they're prompt, responsive, and the plumber they've sent has been a pro through and through.

I had an AC problem that the guys at Vectra couldn't fix without a replacement of the system. Instead of trying to push a sale onto me, they let me know my options and offered to get a quote together for replacement system installed should I want it. Chris (technician) went the extra mile trying to fix it before throwing up the white flag and then got the owner to just charge the diagnostic fee instead of what they could've charged me for the time he spent at my house (hours). THAT ladies and gente, is QUALITY customer service!
