When our roof and gutters needed repaired our contractor was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. He was very professional and was very eager to gain our business. This company has great ratings and this was one of the reasons we went with them. Once the roof and gutters were installed and we paid them they are almost impossible to get a hold of. We are still in need of documents and we are not getting any responses. We are very disappointed that we are still having to try and track them down for a couple of document 2 months after the project was complete.

My initial contact with LCI was via referral from a coworker. Then, I met Louis M., who was an amazing homeowners claim rep for LCI. He was very responsive, answered emails and calls very timely, and was wonderfully communicative through the whole process of an Insurance Claim Roof Replacement (my first ever home claim). He was there for the insurance adjuster inspection and fought to get what we needed from the insurance company. The roof looks fantastic and is now up to current codes. Installation took one day, with minor fixes/touch ups occurring afterwards. Thank you Louis for all your hard work and making this otherwise stressful event a pleasant experience.

Our roofing project was professionally handled and managed. Louis was attentive to our needs which in this case were fairly specific. He tracked down the materials and systems we desired and modified his pricing accordingly. Once the project started he as project manager stayed on top of things and was attentive when problems occurred. While the problems were minor and indicative of a project of this type, they were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
