We've used Keating since we moved to Arvada 12 years ago. Bill and Mark have been nothing but helpful, professional, and honest. I have complete faith in what they tell me, and they have handled every situation I've given them over the years quickly and successfully. They have even come out and told me "there's nothing I need to do right now" and not charged me the trip charge even though I was fully expecting, and willing, to pay it. Keating has also given me recommendations when a job doesn't fit in their space, like sprinkler or sewer work, and their recommendations have always been solid. I fortunately found their sticker on my hot water heater as it was flooding my basement. I called Keating and they came out promptly. My technician Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very grateful that he did NOT tell me I needed a replacement but, instead, fixed my problem quickly and billed me fairly. I really appreciate a firm who is not out to gouge their clients and would recommend Keating highly.
