Billy Hall is the most professional and kind plumber I ever met! Because of terrible miscommunication between my building management Billy had to show up three times in my apartment and every single time he was very professional and patient. I really appreciate him being so helpful and kind. I hope I don’t ever have plumbing issues again but if I do I hope it’s Billy who will show to the rescue!
