Carson came out on a Saturday to fix our commercial ac unit. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took pictures and walked us through everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend them!
We had two appointments with two different people. Both Billy and Thomas did an awesome job - they were punctual, friendly, and great at explaining everything step by step. We will definitely be using Quality First for future needs. Thanks!
Carlos, Dex and Frank came over to look at a compressor which would not go on. Carlos and Dex figured out the source of the problem, brought frank the electrician in as soon as they realized the improper installation (by another company) had impacted the compressor which damaged the electrical breakers. They were amazing to work wiith, explained the situation and fixed everything. I would definately recommend them! Services: HVAC system repair, Repair HVAC
