Could not be more impressed with the service I received from Bernie's Plumbing & Heating during a water heater replacement at the height of a Colorado freeze when plumbers were swamped with calls. Coordinating service from California I contacted 3 plumbers for quotes. Two of them gave quotes substantially higher than Bernie's. For instance the permit fee was quoted by one was 3 times as much as the actual fee charged by the City of Boulder. Bernie's did not add a surcharge for the permit only charging what Boulder billed them. Mike worked directly with my tenant for the initial inspection, to replacement which had to be a smaller unit than the one replaced which was over 30 years old, thru coordinating best time for inspection required for the permit while keeping me informed along the way. I will instruct my local agents to use Bernie's Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs my condo might need. Service: Water heater installation
