Rick & Cierra did a great job. They scheduled things well, showed up on time with the right equipment, got it installed in less than the estimated time, and then they were instrumental in getting me assistance from SunPower on some outstanding issues. Without their assistance I would have no current solar data, and probably would have lost my historic data. With their assistance we figured out a way to get my history from SunPower and I am back up and running better than ever. Awesome job Rick & Cierra.
The company representative Nick Woods listened to my thoughts about panel placement requirements due to sun location changes between summer and winter, and blockage by surrounding mountains; then implemented an outstanding plan for the roof based system. After reading the contract Nick answered all my questions and gave me insight into the implementation and connection of the system by their experienced electricians.
Josh and Lee did a great job upgrading the electric to my house and were able to work with my plumber to set up a heat pump hot water heater. They were efficient and thorough!
