Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning

We had Eastside install a new AC unit in our home in 2016, recommended by our contractor. We've had nothing but problems with it ever since. The air handler has leaked and set off our smoke alarms in the middle of the night. It freezes several times every summer. It's frozen again right now and it's going to be 96 degrees today. We've had other companies come out and try to repair it over the years and they all say Eastside put in a condenser much too large for our house and that is why it keeps freezing. Eastside has chosen not to stand by their work in our case, unfortunately. We spent a lot of money on a new system that has never worked properly. I cannot recommend this company. Great quality service! Eastside was quick to get us on their schedule, even with the high demand for these services right now. Raul was timely and easy to work with. Not only did he clean our outside unit and replace our coolant, but he also gave us some advice on how to better maintain our system and how often to call his team for standard maintenance. My home was built in 2013 and Eastside was the company that installed the HVAC system. This is how I became aware of them. I had them come out today for a cleaning. Raul was the service technician and he was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Prior to starting the job, I appreciated him walking me through what the service included, and showing me the parts after they had been cleaned. Though, I don’t have that much to compare it to, I believe the pricing was reasonable as well I hope I don’t need them to come out again anytime soon, but if I do, they’ll be the call.
