Great experience when it all went to s**t ... hot water heater failed and the next day the furnace is blowing cold air. Being below zero outside this was an issue. Called Sanchez Mechanical, was at the house within the hour and able to get us a reasonable quote to get it all going again. Sid's employees are curteous and respectful. Sid Sanchez is a great man. He answered my call, followed with a text, arrived early and fixed my leaking A/C unit in the furnace room. Simple fix and happy to help this old lady out. No trying to upsell me anything. Fixed the problem I’d been having for three years in a matter of minutes. No service fee or anything. He even gave me free swag before he left. 8-18-2023 – Five years ago Sid came over to see why my air conditioner wasn’t working. Turned out I had a dirty filter. I had a supply of them and he replaced it and didn’t charge me. I felt bad after he left for not giving him any compensation. Now, my air conditioner has been acting up again. I called Sid this morning and he was able to work me in after lunch. This time there was a reset switch/timer that he reset and it is working well. Again, he didn’t charge me. I'll say what I said last time. You may not get a freebie, but I believe you’ll get a square deal with Sanchez Mechanical. I offered him some compensation but he refused, but this time I forced him to take a tip for his help.
