We used Sanchez Mechanical to replace our furnace and AC. They were very responsive (same day) when responding to our requests for a quote and then were able to install the system the next day (due to a cancelation). Sid explained everything we needed and was affordable. We had some minor leaking and they were out the next day to fix it. We also used Sanchez Mechanical to replace our hot water heater a week later (it was a rough two weeks). They were fast, professional, and fair. We will definitely use them in the future. 8-18-2023 – Five years ago Sid came over to see why my air conditioner wasn’t working. Turned out I had a dirty filter. I had a supply of them and he replaced it and didn’t charge me. I felt bad after he left for not giving him any compensation. Now, my air conditioner has been acting up again. I called Sid this morning and he was able to work me in after lunch. This time there was a reset switch/timer that he reset and it is working well. Again, he didn’t charge me. I'll say what I said last time. You may not get a freebie, but I believe you’ll get a square deal with Sanchez Mechanical. I offered him some compensation but he refused, but this time I forced him to take a tip for his help.
