My call was promptly answered, all questions were answered, and I was provided total cost of project up front. The technician arrived within two hours of call with our new heater. The install took approximately 3 1/2 hours. Technician was courteous and kept the work area clean. All systems were checked before his departure. Got estimates from big box stores, they sent contractors to inspect and give an estimate. Felt like I was at the used car lot being sold a Cadillac. Called a trusted mechanical company and was referred to Great Western. Called to schedule an appointment and was treated like a real person not a sale. They gave me a reasonable quote, hundreds less than the box store contractor for a commercial grade heater. James came the next day and installed the water heater without a hitch and at the quoted price. Again I was treated like a real person with respect and honesty.
