I had Kappler install a new system (furnace, heat pump). They did a great job but we did have a failure at 5 years in. That was ok given it was still under warranty and the part was replaced. However I was billed $252 to replace the part covered under warranty. Given this was a pretty quick job the cost seems excessive.
Professional and high quality team all around! Great working with Brent and Alex. Purchased a mini-split for my house and installation was smooth and it works great! Their administrative staff is also so on top of it and quick to respond. Overall great company!
I vetted three other HVAC companies in my search for reputable companies. Kappler Mechanical was outstanding, not only responding to my email inquiry but short lead time in having Brent come out to evaluate the application of mini system. The highlight though was went Brent hooked me up with the contact information to apply for United Power Rebate.
