Ethos Roofing and Restoration

Our experience started out positive - Ethos took a detailed video of their inspection of our roof and highlighted good things and things they would address if they were us. It was very transparent! However, after we decided to take care of the essentials only and forego a pricey superficial item, they pretty much ghosted us. I followed up several times over the next week and a half, but never received a revised quote. I get it - our project was going to be small. They could have at least told us they don't want to take on small jobs. They must not want our business. If something big were to happen to our roof now, I wouldn't be reaching out to Ethos unfortunately. Edit: looks like our revised quote went to spam, but was sent just as Ethos said. Again, they seem very transparent, just make sure you know where their communications will be coming from!

I had to get my plaster ceiling fixed due to severe cracking and was told I had a leak from the roof by the ceiling repair man. I found Ethos based on reviews. They were very responsive and able to look at my roof in a very reasonable time frame. Nick did a very thorough job checking out the roof and went into the attic to track down the leak. There was nothing extremely visible. He resealed the vent in the surrounding area for me free of charge. Ethos is an honest, reputable and responsive company. I would highly recommend them and call them again the next time I’m in need.

Ethos roofing really helped us out in a pinch. We were under contract (21 day close) to sell our house when the inspection made us realize that we needed a new roof, and right away. Ethos was able to accommodate us and re-placed our roof in about a week, and did a great job! We are forever grateful to them!
