We first became customers with Royal Heating and Air when our furnace quit during a snow storm on a Sunday. I called several businesses and got the same answer from each that they could come out the following week, mid week. I then called Royal Heating and was told if we could wait an hour he’d be out. Joe Royal arrived within the hour. He got the furnace running, showed my husband how to keep it running, until he could get the replacement part and fix it the next day. The next afternoon he returned with the part and fixed the furnace as promised. He not only fixed it, but the amount he charged for a Sunday call was very reasonable. Since then we have used Royal for our furnace and air conditioning maintenance, and a hot water heater replacement. They are always on time, friendly and priced reasonably.

Joe and his crew changed my experience from night to day. They were prompt with scheduling even during the busy holiday season. Very punctual on both house visits. Extremely thorough and diligent about addressing the issues on the diagnosis. Joe worked out a new venting system for my house, installed a quality and efficient unit and his price points were reasonable. Great customer service at an honest price. Joe the owner communicated expectations and gave us a fair price on my father's home we were preparing to sell. He explained the issue and what it would take to fix. He was on time and did what he's said he would do at the price he said he would do it for. Highly recommended.
