We had a issue with the blower motor leaking oil from the sealed bearings. S&W was able to replace the motor under warranty as is was only 2-1/2 years old. Worked with Karrie to schedule and Frank the Service Manager on the warranty. Then Jim Currier, service technician came and did the work. Everyone at Smith and Willis we’re friendly, courteous, helpful and professional! Jim Currier was very nice and explained exactly what was needed and did the work very professionally. Monty responded to my service call to repair my non functioning furnace. He was the most timely, professional and thorough technician I have ever encountered.
