Alex came out last night and replaced the main Water shut off valve. It was close to 5 pm when I called and he said he would be at our house in 45 minutes. He was great! Very professional. Will definitely call him again for any plumbing work.
Alex was professional and friendly, explained the options with patience and detail. The water heater was located in a utility closet, along with the washer/dryer and furnace. We had to move the washer/dryer. Alex expressed concerns with potential damage to the floor, which allowed me time to get and lay down ram board prior to installation. The whole process was quick and tidy, the dolly for the heater also served to move the washer/dryer. I highly recommend Alex and his business. Service: Water heater installation
