They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

We had a complete sump pump failure and ended up with 8-10 inches of water in our crawlspace. Malcom and Sean from Mile High Plumbing came in to handle this emergency-- from pumping out the standing water, to reconfiguring our sump pump system, to ensuring that the drainage was aligned properly, they did it all.
