Kept in constant up to date contact with Bob. Said his estimator would be there to talk with the insurance adjustors. Gave him the schedule for the adjuster. When the adjuster arrived, I texted Bob that the adjuster was here, said "cool, my guy should be there any minute", 45 mins later adjuster is finished and gone and Bob's guy never showed up.
