The technician Eric, gave me an honest diagnosis, came back the next day and installed my new water heater. He was very polite and professional. Was very careful while in my home to ensure nothing got dirty (it was snowing) and was able to answer any question I had. I'm pleased with the work and this will always be my go to company.
