Forest Roofs replaced my hail-damaged roof quickly and conveniently. After notifying Charles, I met with him to assess what needed to be done. The crew was on-site within a few days working between 7 a.m and 6 p.m on a very hot July day. The team was pleasant, efficient and cooperative and dedicated to making sure that there was no evidence left behind that they had ever been there except for a really good-looking roof that enhances the appearance of my property. Charles handled all business with my insurance company and checked in often. This is a stellar company and I am enthusiastic in recommending them. Never thought I’d rave about a roofing company but I just can’t say how very happy we were with Forest Roofers! Charles & Casey rocked every single step of the process. They were really personable and nice to work with and their communication was outstanding. I didn’t know what I was in for getting a new roof and they explained everything at every step and never tired of my ideas or questions. I decided I couldn’t just have a “normal” roof but wanted a blue hued one instead. They took the time to understand and embrace my concept and helped me find the perfect roof that also exceeded quality standards too. I think when it was all over they were as excited about my “cool blue roof” as I was. I’m sad I’ll hopefully not need to use their services again anytime soon.
