From the start, Matt had everything under control. He contacted our insurance company, set up & attended the meeting with our adjuster and negotiated a settlement on our behalf. He supplied us with all the needed materials for our HOA submittals which was approved on our first submission. He coordinated the project from start to finish, including permitting, delivery of materials, tear off of the old roof, installation of the new roof and of course getting the final inspection. Rocky Mountain Exteriors replaced the roof on our house in 2020. This year, with the heavy snow and ice, we started to see a leak coming into our family room. We called Rocky Mountain Exteriors, and once the snow had cleared and they were able to get back up on the roof, they found that the leak was probably due to a siding issue from before we purchased our house. Still, they improved the sealing under the shingles, sealed the siding, and repaired the interior damage. It was all covered under their warranty.
