I had a quote for two toilets given to me. Initially was quoted 800 dollars for installation, 350 for bottom floor toilet and 450 for top floor toilet. I talked them into reducing the price to 700 dollars for installation and that was their bottom line. An experienced handyman charges 100 dollar for a toilet installation and 150 for two. Possibly 200. They do not order toilets bulk where you save there either you have to buy your own toilet. They range about 170 dollars each. If I had used rooter town I would have been charged 1040.00 (1,140 was their original quote) plus tax- but I am paying only 320 to a local handyman. Something is not adding up and I just wanted to warn others. Please do your research I even told them that I was unemployed and it was (I believe?) apparent I was a single parent since husbands usually haggle over toilet install prices or install themselves. Life lesson, this is one to remember.

I can't say I recommend these folks anymore. The work was fine but the sales tactics I did not appreciate. I am very disappointed b/c the first experience with them was good (years ago) and I thought I had my "go to" plumber but unfortunately I have to reconsider now. :( Service: Drain cleaning

When telling people about my experience with Rooter Town, banditry is the most politely phrased response. We experiences a back up on Easter. Rooter Town was the only company who could make it out, that was amazing. The tech, Brett, who came out removed my toilet (come to find out $150 charge for <5 minutes work) and went to work. He got about 50' into a 100' line and said he was stuck and didn't want to go any further for fear of breaking the line (more on that later). He got his supervisor, Jordan, out for a scope of the line (another $250 dollars). The supervisor said the line was broken 60 feet out and they had to tear up my lawn and replace it, $6800. I was a little suspicious at this point because I thought they should have run the whole line. And I found out my line was concrete, not the clay they insisted it was, so it was less likely to break than the clay one with their rooter. My suspicions became paranoia when the supervisor said, "my boss said he'd knock $1,000 if you wan
