On April 20th I had the pleasure to meet Drillon, Gille, Detlef, Kyle, Remington, and Gabe. I was having issues with my air conditioning unit outside and after getting a few quotes I decided that tipping hat was the correct choice for me. After talking with Drillon I decided that the furnace was needing replacement also considering it was the original furnace from when this home was built. He noticed that the way my system was designed it wasn’t moving air properly. My old furnace was literally sitting on the ground. So not only was I getting a complete new system but they were also redesigning how my plenum was directing my airflow and moving it up off the ground. I used to work with hvac in my early 20s so I guess you can say I was a bit nosy. These guys were cool though. If I ever had any questions they would answer them for me. I got to come down and see their progress multiple times and they were never bothered. I had to limit myself from talking because I felt like I was distract

We called a plumber out for an issue with loud pipes. The plumber they sent out went above and beyond in fixing it really well (and took me and my minor plumbing knowledge seriously). He even took a second to show me where and how to shut my gas main off (it was a new to us property) and also gave me some extra advice about the state of the gas meter. While he was there, when we explained that our A/C was out, he asked if we wanted a quote from them and called for someone to come out. Someone was at our place an hour later, and gave us some great quotes with plenty of information. We compared them to others we got, and while the weren't the cheapest option, they were the most bang for our buck and were able to get us on the schedule ASAP! When an employee came back out to sign the contract, he found our pros and cons chart so interesting that he took a picture of it. All around wonderful company and some really great guys. We had our 50 year old Burnham cast iron boiler and gas water heater replaced with a new 210 kBTU Burnham boiler and 50 gallon Heat-flo indirect-fired water heater. The outstanding service began with two visits by Micheal, the knowledgable and personable representative, who sat with us for hours winnowing down the numerous choices and options. We live at 7,650 feet in elevation, so reliability as well as cost and quality were huge concerns for us. They scheduled the installation around both our needs and the weather...and completed the task in one day. On the day of the installation, an outstanding team of Floyd, Dan, Austin, Juan and Senad did an amazing job.
