Schwalb Builders Kitchen and Bath Showroom

Our experience with Schwalb Builders was straight out of a nightmare. We were told our kitchen renovation would take 4 months to complete. 14 months later, after NO work had been done and wasn't even close to being started, we cut ties with Schwalb after they repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises and breached their contract multiple times over. We had to hire lawyers to threaten a lawsuit just to get them to communicate with us. When we signed our contract with Schwalb back in March 2022, they had an A+ Better Business Bureau rating; now, it is an F, due to complaints that eerily echo our own experiences. The owner is in way over his head and never took any responsibility for his mistakes; everything was always someone else's fault, from his employees to the cabinetry company he works with to us. He answered every single phone call of mine and took the time to explain everything patiently and I’m so happy with the final results!! After a failed attempt on my part trying to redo our kitchen we decided it was time to leave it to the pros. After getting several bids, we selected Schwalb. The communication process was great, our GC Giovanni was phenomenal, and the work was completed to a high degree of quality. I would definitely use them again.
