DJ Reber and Kelsey Horn were great to work with. Other than opening the claim, I didn't have to deal with my insurance company at all. Excel took care of everything. DJ and Kelsey communicated great with us and made getting a new roof so simple. I highly reccomend using Excel Roofing and Construction.

Our neighbors were having their roof replaced by Excel CG, due to hail damage, so I asked them to inspect our roof. They did the inspection, took quality photos to show the damage, and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to show the need for a roof replacement. The work was done by two separate crews (tear off and installation), with the same crew manager for both crews. They were extremely courteous and professional, cleaning up well after each days work. Kelsey and DJ did fabulous work as the project managers and followed through on each and every commitment. I am extremely happy with their work and would gladly use Excel CG again. My experience with Harold Hernandez was very professional. He made sure I had his phone number should I have any questions, and responded quickly to any message I left. He and his crew had old time work ethic. He was on top of his game, not only concerned about the customer but also for his crew. Start to finish roof inspection, interfacing with my insurance company (and my neighbor's since I live in a townhouse), explaination of the process, overseeing and checking on the progress throughout the day, helping with clean up and checking back with me to make sure I was 100% happy with the job done.
