We have been using A Perfect Plumber since 2019, when we had a leak in our shower drain. They have performed work on our boiler - replacing a zone valve most recently - and a host of plumbing work. The steps they take to diagnose a problem and fix it show methodical and logical work. They also explain to you what they are doing and why. And when they finish the job, it's done right. I have used A Perfect Plumber on my various single family and multi-family properties since 2009. I am a licensed real estate agent and I was first introduced to them when I needed a sewer line clean-out for an inspection objection on a property sale. As I moved into acquiring multi-family properties, my plumbing needs included a sewer line replacement, a boiler installation and all of the corresponding plumbing services, support and maintenance. Recently (2022) I was preparing to sell one of my holdings and I brought in their boiler team to insure my boilers, side-arm water heaters and ducting were all up to code and in excellent operating condition.
