Called Garvin’s in a panic due to a bad sewer clog at Mom’s house. Nick answered and was wonderfully kind - being it was Sunday and not full-staffed, he said he would do everything possible to get to us but no guarantees. Nick went out of his way to make it to our Mom’s house by the close of the day, was so professional and caring, and had the clog removed in under 15 minutes. Thank you, Nick, and thank you Garvin’s! We had an issue with our basement floor drain backing up when using the washer. Jarid came out and did a great job of clearing the drain! He was friendly, professional, and thorough.
