Mercury Heat and Air

I am so glad we went with Mercury for our new AC system. Ray showed up quickly with a mask on for a quote and answered all my questions. We got a quote within a day, which took some companies weeks to get to us. The quote was extremely reasonable. Ray and Ryan came and set up the system over 2 very hot days within a couple of days of us asking for a date (some companies had up to a 4 week wait list). They were friendly, clean, and did a great job setting up our system and fixing some existing issues in our ducts for free. We couldn’t be happier with them!

On the coldest day in winter, February 2022, Ray came right out to check on our furnace which quit working. He installed a furnace and hot water heater in one day, and gave us what felt like a fair, honest price. He took pride in his work, and left the space clean. We've enjoyed the hot water and hot air all winter and spring, so when our HVAC quit working, we called Ray right away. Similarly, he installed a brand new, higher end, larger unit, and it is freezing in our house now! Just in time for the heat of summer.
