Basement flooded. This is where my WFH office is, so it was a big deal. Gustafson sent out Todd to fix it. He got it fixed quickly, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Basement is warm and dry now. Absolutely the best. Having worked in design and construction my entire life, I can say without doubt that the furnace and ac install at my house was fantastic. Mike was great to work with from start to finish, and the crew was experienced and professional. The install was very quick and organized. The organized way of the wiring and other HVAC components shows solid workmanship, and this has always been a clue for me during my career while inspecting construction projects in the past. I took many bids for this project, and most fit in a tight grouping that included Gustafson Heating & Conditioning. In honesty it was close between two other companies, but Mike's experience became obvious the more I learned. I definitely made the right choice.
