We had some “crappy” luck when our waste line cracked after thanksgiving weekend. First thing Monday morning I called Pristine Plumbing. Dawn had answered the phone and provided all the reassurance I needed and told me they would make sure we were taken care of. Eric and Brandon arrived and were equally as kind and got straight to work. They did an amazing job and I am so thankful for their professionalism and emotional support. Our hot water heater died on the coldest possible morning. I called in just after 8am and by 9:30am Pristine was at my house doing a check and giving me a price. I decided to go for it and by 11:30am the old water heater had been removed and a new one installed. The responsiveness and quick work was a big deal. It was 4:45 p.m. and I needed a plumber to cap two taps for an installation that was to being at 8:00 a.m. the next day. I read the reviews and called Pristine Plumbing. Literally 5 mins. later, Eric from Pristine Plumbing was at my door, looked at the job, and completed it in 30 mins. He was professional and helpful and the price was very reasonable. These guys are the best.
