It was 4:45 p.m. and I needed a plumber to cap two taps for an installation that was to being at 8:00 a.m. the next day. I read the reviews and called Pristine Plumbing. Literally 5 mins. later, Eric from Pristine Plumbing was at my door, looked at the job, and completed it in 30 mins. He was professional and helpful and the price was very reasonable. These guys are the best.
Our hot water heater died on the coldest possible morning. I called in just after 8am and by 9:30am Pristine was at my house doing a check and giving me a price. I decided to go for it and by 11:30am the old water heater had been removed and a new one installed. The responsiveness and quick work was a big deal. They were able to respond within two hours of my call. Had a leaking sprinkler shut off valve. While they were here I also had them replace the house water shut off valve.
