We had some “crappy” luck when our waste line cracked after thanksgiving weekend. First thing Monday morning I called Pristine Plumbing. Dawn had answered the phone and provided all the reassurance I needed and told me they would make sure we were taken care of. Eric and Brandon arrived and were equally as kind and got straight to work. They did an amazing job and I am so thankful for their professionalism and emotional support. When a water heater stops working, you want it replaced quickly. Pristine Plumbing was quick, efficient and a good value compared to other plumbing companies. We are wrapping up a fairly extensive renovation. From the first contact with Don outlining the scope of work, through scheduling the various shut-down/final install of laundry and kitchen everything has been done on time and well executed. Juanita in the office, Eric on site for several visits, and with Brandon for the install, all are pros and as a bonus, nice people to deal with.
