Replaced the furnace motherboard on a rental property without providing a quote in advance of doing the work, then charged us $1175. They were not willing to provide an itemized invoice outlining their time spent and cost of parts. A google search indicated the motherboard is a $250 part. Caveat emptor. Great service. Furnace broke last night, called and told appt time between 2-4 pm. Tech showed up at 11a.m. and fixed the problem. He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. They installed my furnace 17 years ago. I couldn't be happier with them. Service: Heating system repair
On a day with snow and freezing temps our furnace decided to not kick on. I called and they had a tech out within 20 min to clean and fix the furnace. He also detected some Carbon Monoxide so made sure the levels were fine before leaving. We were charged exactly what we were quoted. Service is great!
