I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Sterling, Dakota, and Allen Service. They quickly identified the issue that was happening with my HVAC, made the recommended repairs, explained everything in a way that I was able to understand, and took care of the issue. I knew going in that there would be a 'service' fee just to come out - and the repair was additional - but both were reasonable for the time and expertise they brought to the table. If you're considering Allen Service, you should have no doubt they'll do the best job around! They recently installed a mini split system for us throughout our home.
