I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Sterling, Dakota, and Allen Service. They quickly identified the issue that was happening with my HVAC, made the recommended repairs, explained everything in a way that I was able to understand, and took care of the issue. I knew going in that there would be a 'service' fee just to come out - and the repair was additional - but both were reasonable for the time and expertise they brought to the table. We have had two wonderful experiences with the Allen team thus far. One was when our furnace stopped working in the dead of winter and the other was when they came out to give us a work estimate for our water heater. Both exchanges were painless, pleasant, quick and educational. The professionals that came out were kind, nice to be around, and very friendly. On top of that, they were extremely efficient with their work, and took time out of their day afterwards to educate us about our appliances in a very helpful, knowledgeable way. Hats off to the Allen team!
