Don was great. Took the time to explain all of our issues. Diagnosed our problem and got us the solution we needed. He is a real conscientious, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly person Dylan the project manager was also fantastic! He walked us through the installation process and explained the pros and cons of selecting our mini split heater/air conditioner that we were going with. Steve and Nick were terrific installing our new ac. They were on time, efficient-took about 3 hours start to finish. They hauled away our old ac system. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. This was service like in the good old days. FANTASTIC!! Steve came back yesterday to correct some issues with our installation. He addressed these issues quickly. As usual he was pleasant and professional. Service: HVAC system repair

Initial miscommunication sent an A/C person with electrical knowledge when we needed an electrical expert. Next person was able to make a temp fix and attempted to order parts causing a five day delay. Another company was called and made the repair within 12 hours.

I fixed my drip pan after a leak when they installed my new furnace. When they came over to do an AC check up my pan was tampered with again and was dripping on my newly installed furnace. They tried to blame the drip pan and have me buy an entirely new ac system. My filter was also incorrectly reinstalled letting all the debris needed to be stopped by the filter be sucked directly into my newly installed fan. This is the second time it seems they have intentionally tried to sabotage my home system to entice me into buying a new system. I am absolutely not recommending them or any services they provide. I will say when a technician tries to give you financial advice (oh just make the minimum payment it’s only $100 a month) please run the other way.
