Quality electrical work, shady business practices. I had an issue that needed some urgent attention and some other non-urgent items I wanted quotes for (adding electrical outlets and light fixtures). The item that needed urgent attention ended up taking 1 person less than 20 minutes to diagnose and address (including new outlet install), and the quote for the other non-urgent items took less than 30 minutes. The invoice for the urgent work came in with a service charge for 1.5 hours of work and $40 for parts for the outlet (quite the outrageous upcharge for a basic non-gfci outlet), in addition to the base $75 charge for the call itself (which is the only item they made me aware of beforehand). If there was a base labor charge of 1.5 hours he did not let me know about it before he started the work. If there isn't a base labor charge of 1.5 hours, then there was some egregious rounding in there, and likely included the time spent quoting items (several of which I ended up going through
