Cool Ducts Heating and Cooling

Cruz showed up early and was friendly and very helpful. He figured out the issue with our A/C quickly and was quick to fix our problem. Everything is working great and I will definitely call Cool Ducts again if I have any other issues!

John from Cool Ducts was about an hour early for the appointment to repair my A/C. That worked for me, but they didn't make sure that being early was okay ahead of time. They just texted that the tech was on the way. That aside, John was great! He pretty much was able to diagnose the problem on my description alone, but he verified the cause and was able to repair it quickly with parts he had in his van. He was also nice enough to answer my questions while he worked, and if I was bugging him, you'd never know it.

We are very happy with the excellent service Nick and his team provided. He was very professional and explained in detail the issue and made a couple of recommenations that were cost-effective. Afer checking several other prices Cool Ducts hit it out the park. We highly recommend his business.
