Kaden went above and beyond to help me solve my electrical mystery! I was having an issue with one circuit that malfunctioned. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving my initial issue, he also identified and fixed two other issues with my wiring. Kaden took the time to explain exactly what was going on, and what he was doing to fix the issue. Honestly, he probably saved me from having a house fire down the line. 11/10 Would recommend! I found Vital Electric and Kaden through excellent recommendations on Nextdoor. I was selling my house and needed someone to look at my garage light, which hadn't worked in years. Kaden was very responsive and I booked an appointment quickly. When he looked at the light fixtures in my garage he asked about changing the lightbulb. I told him I had tried that a few years ago and he said it's common that you can get a bad bulb. Lo and behold ... that's all it turned out to be. Kaden was so gracious and did not charge me for a service call despite the travel My realtor said that was unbelievable and that he's a keeper. I agree and am grateful he was able to help me out. Kaden is very professional and has a rare work ethic - in that he will do whatever it takes to get the job done, as promised with excellent results. Our first project with him ran into several unforeseen issues and Kaden stayed with it until the job was completed. His work product is excellent and is at the right price point.
