Our first project with him ran into several unforeseen issues and Kaden stayed with it until the job was completed. His work product is excellent and is at the right price point. We need help sorting out a light fixture that was flickering, change a switched outlet to regular outlet, replace GFI outlet, and assess the safety of our breaker box. Kaden was quick to reply. I found Vital Electric and Kaden through excellent recommendations on Nextdoor. I was selling my house and needed someone to look at my garage light, which hadn't worked in years. Kaden was very responsive and I booked an appointment quickly. When he looked at the light fixtures in my garage he asked about changing the lightbulb. I told him I had tried that a few years ago and he said it's common that you can get a bad bulb. Lo and behold ... that's all it turned out to be. Kaden was so gracious and did not charge me for a service call despite the travel My realtor said that was unbelievable and that he's a keeper. I agree and am grateful he was able to help me out.
