Annoying door to door sales tactics! We told them nobody was interested because literally DOZENS of other roofers have been by already but they continue the hard sell saying "we aren't selling anything". They need to learn to read & understand NO TRESPASSING and NO SOLICITING is a warning to stay away!!

I am a business owner in the Home Improvement Business, giving this company my highest recommendation. Unfortunately, being a native of Colorado, hail is a way of life, and with that comes the storm chasers and a lot of overpromising with roofing companies. PRQ Exteriors is the exception to the rule and has been professional since they knocked on my door. I had dealt with seven other roofers and was over the process when Dan A. showed up and asked if he could look at my roof. I told him I was over the process and did not have a high opinion of the industry. Dan asked if he could have the opportunity to inspect my roof to see if there were any repairs or a total replacement. He took photos and did a comprehensive inspection of the roof, showed me the exact issues that I was facing, and it would be a complete replacement that my insurance would cover. The 2 week re-roofing job took over 3 months to complete. 6 months after completion, I have not been able to get the guarantee I was promised. Kept in the dark, every step of the way. Despite the $45 K cost, they want more nickel and dime charge. No schedule EVER met, NEVER. Go elsewhere. ADDED: No result from them , as they claim. All bunk. Doubtful WARRANTY would be met. If a problem I will bring charges against PRQ. Reprehensible company.
