Our AC was out for 3 days and no one would commit to a time. When I called Heat Air LLC at 4 pm on Tuesday, Michael was at my home within 20 minutes. He immediately made an assessment as to the cause, but it was too late in the day to obtain the new blower motor necessary. He was back the very next day exactly when he said he would with the new blower and quickly had it installed and up and running. I can't say enough about his professionalism, communication, knowledge and commitment to do exactly what he promised at a fair price. Wonderful experience with this company. Michael was not only able to get us on the schedule quickly, but arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was able to attend to our concern quickly, and then went above and beyond expectations by thoroughly cleaning our fireplace, restoring it to near new condition. This was unexpected, and greatly appreciated. Cost was fair and quality of work was top notch. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of fireplace repair/maintenance. A++!

We had such a great experience with Michael when our AC was down on the hottest day of the year. After we called several other companies that were at least 5 days out, Michael was able to get us in the next day. He sent a text confirming he was on his way, showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly.
