We recently worked with Simply Mechanical and invested in heat pumps. We were thrilled with the overall experience and our energy bill has been cut in half. We also invested in a humidifier which made the winter much better (less ichy skin). I also respect the owner who is smart, a straight shooter and believes 100% in great customer service. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC, A/C filter replacement, Thermostat installation
MJ & Steven were very professional and pleasant. Most importantly Steven was able to fix our 20 yr old carrier AC unit quickly & we are nice & cool & not needing to immediately buy a new system. MJ was very thorough, explaining our future AC options and potential energy savings when we are ready/need a new AC unit. We had 3 other companies come out to diagnose our AC unit before we called Simply Mechanical. All 3 were at a loss & suggesting a new unit. So glad we made one more call!
We needed help with a very old boiler system that was re-tagged by Xcel and Cassidy was very helpful with scheduling us as soon as possible. John showed up on time and communicated with us throughout the process. He also helped out immediately with a few follow up issues that came up after. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. Service: Heating system maintenance
