He worked directly with our insurance claims adjuster, together they were on our roof checking all the issues. Brian and the Modern Construction Group LLC crew replaced our gutter, downspouts and some fascia on our home. They also installed heat tape system on one problematic valley. This job went extremely well through out the entire process. Communicated very well through emails, texts or phone calls throughout the process. One day to get all all the gutters complete and then returned to finish the paint. I would recommend this company to anyone.
