Called at 10 with a broken ac unit on a 90 degree day. They we there by 12. Fix us all up very quickly. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They will be my new heating and ac company I will be calling.
From start to finish, My Guy Heating And Air was exceptional. They have a very efficient system for communicating -the phone was always answered, and calls and texts were returned immediately. Leonard, the owner, is very professional, explains everything clearly, and is a gentleman . The estimate was very fair and the details of the installation were clearly explained. The technicians were likewise very professional, friendly, and efficient. I was so lucky to find this great company for our air conditioner installation and will use them for any HVAC services in the future. I know that if there is ever a problem with my furnace or air conditioner, they will take care of it, promptly and correctly. Service: Install AC
