I had a light moved and new fixture installed. I'm absolutely gushing about how beautiful it is but that's mostly the fixture. The real star of my project was my tech Adam! He was so helpful with recommendations and endlessly patient with my 5 year old who asked a million questions. We were also chatting about upcoming home projects and he educated me on the joys of puck lights for my kitchen and a whole house fan. We hired Titus for upgrade/addition to our electrical panel and installation of electricity for our new radiant heat flooring. Max was friendly and professional, and upon telling him what we needed we were completely confident that he understood the scope of work and could complete the project. Their pricing was fair and competitive with our first estimate (from an independent contractor,) but they were available and able to complete the work the very next day! Max was not able to come until the later part of the time frame we were told, so he brought a second technician, Cole, to ensure that the job would be completed in a timely fashion. They were both very friendly, clearly competent, and we will not hesitate to call Titus for future work. Very good experience. Called me quickly to schedule. Came when they said they would (and worked to accommodate my schedule as well). Greyson was professional, easy to work with, and very helpful.
