If you are reading reviews and wondering if you should hire Josh from Bradley Plumbing I strongly encourage you to think before you hire. I have NEVER encountered a more unprofessional tradesman in my life. He messed up by improperly placing the shower valve and constantly blamed the other trades. Josh holds zero accountability for his poor workmanship. He was rude and consistently used condescending tone with me. When I calmly and directly asked him to not speak to me in that manner- he threw a tantrum and left. Wow! I seriously caution anyone who hires Josh. I have used many hot water and HVAC companies over the years and none compare to the service I received from Josh. My water heater also heats the home and is not your basic unit. Josh diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got it working where two other companies had failed. Prices were fair and I enjoyed our conversation while he worked. We even made him breakfast in gratitude for his capability. When I received an error message after he left, he immediately turned around and solved the issue.
