Dec. 4th at approximately 2 pm, our old heater stopped working. We knew an Arctic Freeze was going to hit the same day and was in a panic mode. My wife put out a message for assistance. Donald ( owner and operator ) Thin Air Heating & Cooling contacted me within the same hour. Needless to say, two of his most professional and courteous employees were at our door and installed a brand new heater in 2 1/2 hours. The Arctic Freeze mentioned hit while they were completing the installation. The temperature got to minus -44 degrees with wind chill factor. Ryan and Dominic (installers) were life savers. Both individuals were professional, most polite, and knew their business. My wife and I praise all of these mentioned individuals and Thin Air Heating & Cooling for going that extra mile to ensure we were safe from harm and in our desperate time of need.
