Payless Rooter

My experience with Payless rooter was perfect from start to finish. They were the quickest to respond to my initial inquiry, they showed up exactly when they promised, they were very thorough in explaining everything they were doing and they made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I cannot thank them enough and I definitely highly recommend this company for your future plumbing needs!

I had a wonderful experience with the Payless Rooter team. Disclaimer: I only spoke with them over the phone and did not have a service completed. I called them with a semi-emergency and spoke with Carl. Carl was super lovely and walked me through step by step what I needed to do over the phone. His clear directions helped me avoid a real emergency. Grateful that he was willing to help - it saved me an expensive service. Will definitely use their services in the future.

Update 8/11/22: unfortunately I can't recommend them anymore. I had a plumber come out today who told me there is a service call charge now even though when I made the appointment they said there was still no service charge. He was rushed, not very thorough, and didn't really listen to my concerns or understand the issues. I'm not sure what happened to this company but it went from my favorite plumbing company in 2020 and 2021 to somebody I will not recommend anymore. Update 5/28/22: I was having water heater problems so I called Payless rooter because of my excellent experience in the past. I was told I don't have a plumber on their staff currently. so they could not help me with my water heater problem. Mind blown ???? . Stars reduced from 5 to 3. I used Payless/303 for remodel job. They were there best bid of three. Matthew was detailed, responsive, and very professional. He did such a good job that I had them do another job already. Very happy and would use them again.
