Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C

Second time this year (2022) using plumbing service. 1st install outdoor water faucet. 2nd checking gas stove for leaks. Today was Joe D. and both service men were excellent. They will explain everything they are doing and why. They also give options for your issue. Very polite and friendly. Will be using them again.

This company was amazing. I called them a day before and had a technician at my home the next day. Where as other places I contact denied me service or were to busy. The technician Jamie arrived on time pleasant,helpful,knowledgeable. Very hard worker. He knew exactly how to do his job. I’m very happy with him and his job performance was great. I will recommend this company to others. Over all if I need them in the future they are the ones I will call. Nina was great! We had Steve Basso's tech out to replace the faucet and piping in my daughter's bathroom sink. There was not a lot of room to work in the small bath but they did a great job and charged the exact amount of the estimate. My second experience with the company and I have been pleased on both occurrences. Hate to have to call a plumber but making this call is easier as I know the service and pricing will be great.
