We had an emergent situation with our AC unit and Eddie came right away even though it was late. He was very responsive and professional. We will definitely be using him for all of our future HVAC needs. Service: HVAC system maintenance
We were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail that we received. They kept working with us to figure out exactly what was wrong, and really helped us out when our boiler stopped working on a holiday weekend. Everything was clearly explained, every step of the way. Pricing was way more than reasonable. I know who I’ll call first!
I called on a Sunday with my fingers crossed! Eddie and his trusted team member arrived in short order to get my boiler back up and running. Unfortunately, there were other legitimate issues that were pointed out to me and they were fixed. Eddie kept me in the loop with photos and instructions going forward.
