A quote was obtained from David in Sales. David was very reasonable in the estimate. Trevor and Cole were sent to my house where they spent 2 days installing a new central air unit and water heater. They were very professional, clean, and a pleasure to talk to. Their work was outstanding!! When my service man I had been using for over 25 years retired we had difficulty finding someone good and dependable at a reasonable cost to replace him. After a couple tries with others we ended up at East Coast and are very happy we did. They are professional, prompt and cost is reasonable. I like that we always have the same tech who is now familiar with our boiler and heat pump and keeps them in top shape. Calls always get answered as do any questions I ask, scheduling is a breeze.
